Planning permission has been refused for the construction of 43 in Friary Walk, Clashacollare.
The planning consisted of permission for 2-storey detached and terraced homes together with proposed boundary treatments, landscaping and all associated site development works. The proposed road network and services were proposed to connect to the existing Friary Walk development.
Permission was applied for on the 23rd April 2023 and denied on the 29th June,
