On Wednesday 22nd November at 12 midday Kilkenny County Council will officially take over the Friary Complex in Mill Street as the keys will be handed over to Cathaorlach of KCC, Michael Doyle.
The Augustinian Order and Kilkenny County Council have jointly extended an open invitation to everyone who would like to witness this handover this coming Wednesday.
