On the 13th March the Coolagh Pattern Committee held a coffee morning and cake fundraiser for the Red Cross Ukrainian Fund in the Callan Parish Hall, there was a great turnout at the fundraiser and some personal stories were shared by three Ukrainian families who shared their stories of their homes and families in Ukraine.
As well as coffee and cakes there were also a raffle with over 25 prizes given out at the raffle and many generous donations from the community enabling the event to raise an amazing €6,386.
